Create your Claude account at claude.ai
The $20-a-month plan is all you need. Watch the billing toggle: it defaults to yearly, so switch it to monthly unless you want the year.

Install the Claude desktop app
Download for Windows, run the installer, then pin Claude to your taskbar. You'll be in and out of it constantly.

Upload the three skills
Settings, Skills, Add, Upload a skill. Do it three times, once per file from the downloads above.

Enable Claude in Chrome and add the extension
Turn on "Claude in Chrome" in settings, then install the Claude Chrome extension from the web store. This is how Claude drives your browser on Zillow.

Connect Gmail and Google Drive
Connectors, then connect each one, select all, continue. Set both to "always allow." Claude drafts the agent emails in your Gmail; you review and hit send.

Switch to Code and run it the first time
Flip the toggle from Home to Code, pick a working folder (make a new one in Downloads), and install Git when prompted. Just click next through the installer, then fully close and reopen Claude.

Tell Claude to go find deals
Type "Use the Zompz skill to start finding deals." Prefer Google Sheets over Airtable for tracking? Just say so in the same message.
Setup questions, answered straight.
Do I need the expensive Claude plan?
No. The $20-a-month plan is enough to run this. The signup page defaults to yearly billing, so flip it to monthly if that's what you want. Watch your usage in Settings, it resets every few hours.
Which model should I pick?
Use Opus at high effort for this process. Smarter models burn usage faster, but they also screen deals and write emails better. You don't need the top setting turned all the way up.
Does Claude send the offer emails by itself?
No. Claude finds the deal, pulls the agent's contact, and drafts the email in your Gmail. You look it over and hit send. You stay in control of everything that goes out under your name.
Will every email look the same?
No. The skills rotate how the outreach emails are written so you're not blasting one identical message to every agent, which reads as spam. Each batch gets its own variation.
